Try this Southwest Breakfast Recipe tomorrow morning-

16 oz spicy breakfast sausage, cooked & drained

1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese

8 eggs, beaten

1/2 c milk

pepper, cumin, garlic salt, and onion salt

In greased 9 x 13 glass pan, spread 1 can of chilis, 1/2 of the tortilla strips, 1/2 of the sausage, and 1/2 of the cheese.

Repeat layers.

Beat eggs with milk and spices and pour over layered ingredients.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes.

Serve it with salsa and sour cream.
